The purpose of these Parent & Student Policies is to establish expectations, procedures, and guidelines that support a safe, respectful, structured, and collaborative educational environment.

ADMISSIONS & ENROLLMENT
Enrollment at Hope Bridge Academy is based on:

Enrollment is not finalized until all required documentation has been received.
SCHOOL HOURS
Academic Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Aftercare Hours:

Monday–Thursday: Until 6:00 PM

Friday: Until 5:30 PM
Students should arrive on time and be picked up promptly.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Regular attendance is essential for academic progress, consistency, and student success. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that students attend school regularly, arrive on time, and participate appropriately in educational activities. Families are expected to notify the school of any absences, tardiness, early pick-up, or extended leave, when applicable.
Excessive absences or tardiness may negatively impact student learning and may result in administrative meetings, attendance interventions, or additional support planning. Parents are also responsible for maintaining updated emergency contact information to ensure effective communication regarding attendance and student safety.

STUDENT BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS
Hope Bridge Academy is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and supportive learning environment for all students. Students are expected to follow staff directions, use respectful language, maintain safe behavior, participate appropriately in educational activities, and treat peers, staff, and school property respectfully. Students are encouraged to demonstrate kindness, cooperation, responsibility, and appropriate social behavior throughout the school day.
Unsafe, aggressive, destructive, or significantly disruptive behavior may result in intervention, behavioral support planning, parent meetings, loss of privileges, or disciplinary action when appropriate. Behavioral support procedures are implemented with the goal of promoting safety, independence, communication, emotional regulation, and long-term student success.

A student may be withdrawn or dismissed due to:
